NB! If your entry is paid and faxed before the 17th Aug 2000 you’ll qualify for an extra free lucky dray ticket and stand double the chance of winning any of the prizes. In 2004 Oom André won 1st and 3rd prize on the Friday night. And last year the grand prize winner won it with her free lucky draw ticket.

REMEMBER!! We moved the rally to Pilgrim's Rest in 2006 and it was still a great success. The sight was more than big enough, boasting six ablution blocks with hot water, I did not hear one biker complain about a cold shower during the weekend. The "R522” national road was closed off by the officials for drags, wheelies etc. This 1km stretch of road is much safer with an embankment on  the one side where everyone was sitting and looked down over the street event in total safety. The rest of the arrangements went down in true STAFFIE RALLY style and we are always trying to improve things to make it a MEGA JOL for all who attend. (Click here to see Photos)

PROGRAM OF EVENTS FOR THE WEEKEND.

THURSDAY

Arrive any earlier than Thursday and you’ll have to pay normal camping rates (not trying to scare you off). We’ve booked the site as from Thursday morning and that’s when the entrance gate will be controlled by us and you could come in and pay your entry for the weekend. Usually we’re still doing the final preparations before officially opening the bar at 18h00. That’s when the party actually starts. So come in at your leisure, stake your claim (camping spot) and join us at the bar for a few warm-up rounds. After-all one has to arrive early and run a few laps to qualify for poll position.

FRIDAY

If you decided that work is easier than putting in one day’s leave you’re welcome to arrive after work on Friday. Just remember to be at the lucky draw at 22h00. You might win some of the cash prizes and then your weekend will be paid for. Some bikers are defiantly going to walk away with cash in their pockets, it could be you!!!!

There will defiantly be cold beer, good live music and a lot of catching up to do with old buddies from a few rallies ago. Walking around the sight you’ll run into some of the popular stalls selling food, leathers, biltong, badges, curious and more. Old Les has booked the dyno stall last year before he left the site, so lets see who's boney kicks out the most ponies. Then there’s Pilgrim’s Up-Town and Down-Town to visit as well.  

SATURDAY

Wake up to the sound of some biker revving or maybe you couldn't get to sleep because of the rev limiter. So what! you go to the STAFFIE to RALLY and not to catch up on some lost sleep. The morning will be there to regroup for breakfast and smile about the previous night’s jokes. Around 11h00 till 15h00 the “R522” road will be our domain (provided the Mpumalanga road and transport dept grants us the needed permission) for wheelies, stoppies and drag racing. 15h30 to 17h00 Slow races, tire throw, tug-a-war and other Fun &Games in the camp site. 17h00 concurs judging in front of the main building in the camp site. 21h00 Miss & Mr. STAFFIE contest, prize giving, LUCKY DRAW, Miss Wet T-Shirt and then the party continues for those who still have the spirit (not spirits) in them.

SUNDAY

Up early for a Disprin or Grand-pa before you take on the road back home to start the long wait till next year’s STAFFIE RALLY.
